Ingredients

Directions

❖ 1 Buttermilk Biscuit
❖ 2 slices of Applewood Smoked Bacon
❖ 1 Egg
❖ 1 slice of American Cheese
❖ Butter
1 Start by cooking your bacon until it’s crispy. You can do this in a skillet over medium heat or in the oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 15-20 minutes.
2 While your bacon is cooking, you can start on your eggs. Crack your egg into a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny. You can also scramble the egg if you prefer.
3 Warm your biscuit in the oven or toaster until it’s heated through. Then, brush it with a generous amount of butter.
4 Once your bacon and egg are done cooking, it’s time to assemble your sandwich. Place your cooked egg on the bottom half of your biscuit. Then, add your crispy bacon and top it off with a slice of American cheese.
5 Finish by placing the top half of the biscuit on the cheese. If you’d like the cheese to be extra melty, you can place the assembled sandwich in the oven for a few minutes.
